The official FAQ lists the Silver ticket-voucher at €10, deductible against eligible books under its conditions. Read the options before buying. A booking manages entry; it does not guarantee an empty staircase or uninterrupted photography.
Leave enough time
Choose a slot with a buffer before the next booking. Save the ticket and check baggage rules. Inside, keep the staircase clear and allow people to browse. If buying a book matters, leave time to compare editions instead of treating the shop only as a photo stop.
Combine nearby Porto
Clérigos and the streets around Carmo are useful companions. The daytime Clérigos Tower + Museum ticket is listed at €10, separately from Lello. Choose the tower if the climb suits you. A café break between the two makes a more comfortable morning than scheduling several timed attractions back to back.
