Tram 28 is a working CARRIS service, not a private sightseeing tour. Check the current route and service changes before choosing a stop. Queues can develop and neither a seat nor an unobstructed view is guaranteed.
Choose the ticket deliberately
CARRIS lists the 2026 onboard tram fare at €3.30, a Carris/Metro ticket at €1.90 and the 24-hour Carris/Metro product at €7.25. These have different conditions; choose and validate the one that fits your journeys. The travel card may be an additional cost.
Have an alternative
If the queue is long, walk through one neighbourhood or use another suitable route. Avoid building the whole day around the entire line. Keep bags close and allow passengers off before boarding. Historic trams may not suit every mobility need; check accessible alternatives directly with CARRIS.
