Choose your main visit
Build the day around a monument or museum, then add waterfront time and a pastry stop. Jerónimos, the Tower of Belém, MAAT and the Coach Museum have separate visiting arrangements. Check access and works before buying; viewing a building outside is different from an interior ticket.
Keep the route simple
Stay in Belém for the main part of the day rather than repeatedly returning to the centre. Plan lunch before committing to a long queue. Pastéis de Belém is a specific bakery, not the generic name for every custard tart sold in Lisbon.
Transport and spending
Check CARRIS or CP for your starting point and date. A ticket for one operator is not valid on every service. Add admissions separately to food and transport. If your chosen interior is unavailable, a waterfront walk and another museum are more useful than an unverified reseller bundle.
